Document Specialist – female 

A leading gold mining company seeks to employ a vibrant candidate for the above-mentioned position. The position is based at Head Office in Harare.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Diploma or certificate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office program
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Data organization and storage knowledge
  • Very detail oriented
  • Ability to analyze data and come to conclusions
  • Can work independently without much guidance
  • Ability to communicate with team
  • 2 years’ experience as a document controller.

WORK OUTPUT DESCRIPTION 

Core work outputs: 

  • Implementation and Compliant to the company’s document control procedure
  • Ensure that all project documents are up to date
  • Conduct audits to ensure documents are being followed
  • Train employees on how to use and access the documents
  • Develop procedures so that they are standardized
  • Evaluate and validate all documents to enable document control
  • Ensure adherence to established operating procedures during documents submission.
  • Assist the project team in the planning, execution and document control during the project phase.
