Our client, has been established for many years – currently, is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their Bulawayo team.
We seek a dynamic person able to operate in a very fast paced environment with substantial demands and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing procurement and service contracts
- Reviewing and updating existing contracts
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
- Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
- Create language standards for existing and new contracts
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Degree in Purchasing and Supply
- A bachelor’s degree/diploma and/or a certificate of completion from a paralegal education program
- Procurement environment
- 2+ years of experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, or similar role
- Microsoft Office – Intermediate
- SAP ERP System
- Performance Management System
- ISO EMS 14001:2015, QMS 9001:2015 & OHS 45001:2018 systems
