Contracts Administrator – Bulawayo

Our client, has been established for many years – currently, is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their Bulawayo team.

We seek a dynamic person able to operate in a very fast paced environment with substantial demands and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing procurement and service contracts
  • Reviewing and updating existing contracts
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
  • Create language standards for existing and new contracts

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Degree in Purchasing and Supply
  • A bachelor’s degree/diploma and/or a certificate of completion from a paralegal education program
  • Procurement environment
  • 2+ years of experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, or similar role
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate
  • SAP ERP System
  • Performance Management System
  • ISO EMS 14001:2015, QMS 9001:2015 & OHS 45001:2018 systems
