However, you must show a demonstrated executive career status today through many years of professional and personal growth and be above the age of 45 plus. You must already be part of a top team as a Director or in a Leadership role for a medium-size operation.
Our client also remains quite relaxed with any professional qualifications achieved from where your leadership skill stands today. Leadership ability to lead the organization and its SBUs to make a profit is the critical ingredient required. The job may suit a high leveled Chartered Accountant – Engineer or Mining Executive currently in an operational role and or an Entrepreneur with a stellar business track record. It would help if you were a character capable of leading from the front with a hands-on approach.
