Our client has developed and a captured market due to specialist business operation as their main income stream.

The franchise retail space adjacent to their main business operations – offers the opportunity of attracting customers to their outlets as a strong secondary income stream. As a Nationwide franchise operation, they seek a visionary Retail Head capable of unlocking value. Retail competition is very fierce at its best, and therefore you are expected to develop and implement retail smart programs – product lines and promotions to capture customers and increase foot traffic.

Our client is committed to provide the right tools and finance investment to make their outlets more successful.  Your ability to understand local and other retail markets is imperative. General “Franchise” experience, knowledge and operational procedures and implementation programs would be a distinct advantage. A previous retail work stint outside of Zimbabwe with a global or regional player is desired. Overall, your understanding of the retail business with strong operational experience is a key factor requirement. Naturally, you would be well qualified in general business education and work experience to lead this division reporting to the CEO. The ability to communicate and deal with many levels of personnel – from shop floor to management, together with developed supplier contacts shall assist in their future growth and success! The growth of their business rests on your shoulders!
