Our client is a powerhouse in the production, manufacturing, and distribution of building supplies across Zimbabwe with an excellent regional export book.

The role of Sales Projects Director works closely with the Managing Director. It sets the pace in the planning, production, and manufacturing of recognised products required by the Retail building supplies sector.

To apply for this position, you should be a seasoned leader in the sales and marketing of hardware and building supplies with project management experience in dealing with the construction sector. This demanding role is supported by a competent sales team covering the Country, whereby key clients remain your focus and client base. Demand in construction and building continues to grow, and therefore Property Developers and Pension Institutions are key clients to meet the development of housing and construction in Zimbabwe. You are also expected to oversee the despatch and receiving division, which handles a substantial volume of local and imported goods for distribution to the retail and private sector.

It is a challenging and rewarding role that contributes significantly to the company’s overall profits and shall reward adequately to attract the skill required.
